Kristina Sullivan is both a scientist (M.S., 1999) and a certified life coach. She has been coaching individuals with Asperger Syndrome since 2001.
In 2001, Kristina successfully completed 2 years of professional training as a coach with The Coaches Training Institute, and passed an oral and written exam certifying her as a CPCC, Certified Professional Co-Active Coach.
The Coaches Training Institute is fully accredited by ICF, International Coach Federation, and is recognized as one of the best coaching schools in the world. You can view CTI’s website at TheCoaches.com and you can view ICF’s website at CoachFederation.org.
Kristina also continues to increase her training and knowledge on an ongoing basis, as both the fields of coaching and knowledge about Asperger Syndrome grow and develop.
In addition, Kristina has been working and living with Asperger Syndrome on a personal level for her entire life. Kristina’s son, who graduated with his Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering in 2015, was diagnosed with Asperger Syndrome many years ago. Several other family members are thought to have Asperger Syndrome, but have not pursued a diagnosis.
Kristina splits her time between California and New Mexico. However, Kristina can work with you no matter where you are located. This is because coaching services are offered exclusively over the phone. This is not only more convenient for you, but actually can be more effective than working in-person (click here for more).
Why Kristina coaches individuals with Asperger
“Because I love the way your mind works. My son and many members of my family have Asperger Syndrome. I’ve lived with them. Worked with them. Listened to them. Coached them. Loved them. I enjoy the Asperger mind; the creative logic, the straightforward honesty and the ability to piece together intricate puzzles. It is a challenge and a delight to keep up with your mind.”
