Hi, welcome to my website! I’m Kristina Sullivan and I provide life coaching for those who identify as being neurodiverse, such as those on the autism spectrum, having Asperger’s syndrome, ADHD, and sensory sensitivities.
Maybe you have a diagnosis of ADHD or ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder) or maybe you’ve just noticed that your brain works a little bit differently than the average person. Many of us – including myself – are not officially diagnosed but have come to realize that we have uniquely different ways of interacting in the world.
The Advantages of ASD and other neurodiversities can include focus, attention to detail, logical decision making and creative problem solving. These traits are invaluable skills. You have a gift – an ability to think about the world differently – and our world needs you. Many aspects of ASD and ADHD, can be advantageous when understood and utilized.
What I offer:
My clients are often professionally successful and often have close and meaningful relationships. Nonetheless, we may struggle making sense of a social world that was not designed for us. For example, interpersonal communication can be a challenge. Those who are neurotypical expect us to communicate in their way, and they rarely know how or are willing to communicate in our way.
Some of us also struggle with executive functioning (planning and organization). Life would be easier for us if the rest of the world did planning and organization the way we do. (Color-coded spreadsheets, anyone?) We all accommodate our own strengths and weaknesses in different ways.
I can can work with you directly, one-on-one over the phone. As a co-active life coach, I don’t offer cures or solutions. I also do not offer diagnosis because I am not a medical professional. But what I do offer – probably more than anyone else in your life – is an understanding of what it’s like to have a neurodiverse mind. Here you can find out more about co-active coaching.
I am currently focusing on prioritizing clients who are in their 30’s and older, most of whom were diagnosed as adults or are not diagnosed. Topics generally include career, interpersonal relationships, and designing healthy lifestyles. Career transitions often include topics such as promotion into management, or taking one’s career in a new direction, or transitioning into retirement. Interpersonal topics include parenting, relationships with spouses and significant others, supporting aging parents and making time for friends. Healthy lifestyles often include diet and exercise, as well as making time for self-care, and also dealing with long term illness and age related challenges. All of this is with the backdrop of being neurodiverse and how that impacts the challenges of daily life.
What others are saying:
“This has changed my life…” “I always come away from our sessions not only with a clear, succinct understanding of the underlying issues that are holding me back, but also with specific actions I can take immediately to address them….” “It’s so wonderful to be understood…” read more

Inclusivity:
It is common for those who are neurodiverse to identify with a wide range of sexual and gender identities, including non-binary. I am welcoming of all.
I am here to support you as you navigate a world that is not always organized in your favor.
